Remodeling of an office development in Orchard, Colorado. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 635-square-foot office development.

Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals needed to complete the Jackson Lake State Park PRT Office Remodel. The work includes but is not limited to demolition, framing, insulation, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as all related work as specified in the project documents. The remodel consists of constructing a 635 square foot office space and includes removal and replacement of existing concrete for sewer plumbing, interior and exterior framing, doors, windows, rough plumbing, insulation, finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, split A.C. and heat pump system, tankless water heater, and protection of the existing structure during construction. All work must be completed in accordance with the construction drawings and written specifications. Temporary facilities, utilities, barricades, and other required safety provisions are considered incidental and included in the contract. Bidders must review all plans, specifications, and site conditions, and include all costs in their proposals. Bids must be submitted as specified, with all required forms completed. All bid items require unit and extended prices, and the total amounts must be written in words and numerically. The bid schedule must be signed per organizational requirements. The lowest responsible bid within available funds will be selected, and additive alternates may be used to determine the lowest responsible bidder. The successful bidder must provide proof of required insurance, comply with all contract terms and general conditions, and be registered to do business in Colorado. No information regarding proposals may be shared between bidders, and all costs for preparing and submitting bids are the sole responsibility of the bidder.
