The chosen firm will be required to provide the following services: 1. Perform a preliminary site visit to review existing lighting fixtures and electrical systems. 2. Consult with the owner regarding LED fixture types, lighting levels, energy efficiency options, controls, and installation schedule. 3. Obtain all required permits from the responsible authority. 4. Remove and properly dispose of existing fixtures as needed and install new LED lighting fixtures, controls, and related electrical components. 5. Ensure that all products and installation methods comply with manufacturer requirements and maintain all applicable warranties. 6. Ensure that all installation work complies with all applicable local, state, and federal electrical and building codes. 7. Coordinate all work to minimize disruption to school operations and maintain a safe work environment during installation 8.
