Construction of water main replacements, including excavation, pipe installation, and associated infrastructure improvements. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $620,000 - $650,000 The project generally includes the following major work items: o Installation ofapproximately 520 LF 6", 4,600 LF of3", and 150 LF of2" PVC water main. o Installation of approximately 6,000 LF of 3/4" P.E. water service pipe o Reconnection of approximately 136 existing services o Installation of approximately 1,100 LF of 4" HDPE pipe by HDD across Long Lake o Installation of 3" water main levee crossing and levee recompaction Question Deadline 07/02/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
