Metrolinx is accepting submissions for engineering services for rail corridor yard and facility improvements. The objective is to solicit proposals from bidders for the provision of these engineering services. The requirements are more particularly described in the Scope of Work. Bidders are instructed to respond with intent to bid via Merx. Electronic bid submission must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of Metrolinx MERX EBS. Proponents are solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using Metrolinx MERX EBS by the closing, in accordance with the instructions. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.metrolinx.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
