Reference Number 0000324541 PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM), is inviting proponents to submit their Statement of Qualifications to prequalify to bid as an Excavation, Backfill & Utility Services Subcontractor, whose team has both the experience and capacity to successfully provide these Services for the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. Future tender scopes includes, but are not limited to: o Temporary Shoring of Overburden o Selective Site Preparation and Demolition o Overburden Removal and Disposal o Rock Excavation o Backfilling o Groundwater Management and Dewatering o Utility Services (incl. civil works with Hydro Ottawa approved subcontractors) o Removals and Reinstatements (i.e. curbs/walkways, asphalt, sod, etc.) o Miscellaneous Siteworks Question Deadline 06/23/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
