Site work for a civil project in Jordan, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish and install new influent lift station structures, one additional pump, piping, valves, controls, and all appurtenances. Demolish existing lift station structure as shown on the drawings. Furnish and install new 6" pipe to biosolids bags. Furnish and install new 10" force main from existing pretreatment building to the existing equalization manhole. Remove and replace existing pretreatment building fine screen, grit pump, grit classifier, grit drive motor, HVAC, electrical controls, sampling equipment, and all other equipment as shown in the drawings. Replace existing doors, roof membrane, and expansion joint caulking. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates as outlined in Section 00 73 43 Wage Rate Requirements. Question Deadline 07/09/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
