Bidders are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the Security Desk main level of Portage I&II - 50 Victoria St, Gatineau, QC. For mandatory site visits, Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
