Contractor is to provide an exhaust system for the identified chemical cabinets in the labs. The fumes of these cabinets are to be exhausted on the rooftop of B2016 per plans and specs. Bidders are expected to examine carefully the site(s) at which the Deliverables are to be provided, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their Bid a sum to cover the cost of all items contemplated in the Contract. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes boots, hard hats, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. Failure of a Bidder to attend a mandatory Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Bidder's Bid. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.
