The Facilities Construction R&A East CMT of the United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for a Job Ordering Agreement Contract at any or all United States Postal Service owned or leased buildings in the states of North and South Dakota. The contractor will perform a series of individual projects at different Postal Service facilities under an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity ordering agreement. The contract includes a Construction Task Catalog (CTC) with local labor, material, and equipment prices for required activities, and technical specifications detailing quality of workmanship and materials. Offering firms must propose Adjustment Factors to apply to the CTC Schedule. For each project, the contractor will participate in a Joint Scope Meeting, review the Detailed Scope of Work, prepare a Price Proposal Package using CTC unit prices and the Adjustment Factors, and agree to a lump sum, firm fixed price for the work order. Gordian, Inc. supports program administration, including catalog preparation, training, and contractor support. All proposals must be submitted online in USPS eSourcing Coupa, and only registered organizations in Coupa may access the project documents and submit bids.
