FEMA Region 10 at 130 228th St SW, Bothell, WA 98021 seeks quotations from qualified vendors for annual inspection and testing services for Fire Life and Safety systems, including backflow testing and reporting. The initial inspection and report must be completed prior to June 23, 2026, with annual inspections each April thereafter. Vendors must provide annual inspection and testing in accordance with the Statement of Objectives (SOO), perform repairs resulting from inspection and testing failures as needed (not to exceed $25,000 per option year), and comply with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations. Quotations must include details of the contractors experience, qualifications, SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE code (if applicable), pricing for the base and option years, and confirmation of ability to complete the initial inspection and testing by June 23, 2026. This opportunity is set aside for small businesses but may be opened to all offers if no acceptable quotations are received from small businesses.
