The scope of work is the procurement of a riding lawn mower for the VA Long Beach Health Care System at 5901 E 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822. Bidders are instructed to submit written offers in accordance with the provided instructions and Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, including completion and submission of SF 1449, vendor information with SAM UEI Number, acknowledgment of amendments, identification of specific manufacturer and model number being offered, delivery schedule, VAAR 852.219-78 Certificate of Compliance of Supplies and Products, and FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items.
