Perform an Arc Flash Hazard Assessment Update for the electrical distribution system across 91 buildings (total 663 electrical panels) at the Government site. This work updates the 2022 arc flash study by incorporating current data, confirming protective device settings, and recalculating incident energy values using the latest applicable standards. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. Questions shall be submitted via email to Erin.Riffey@usda.gov and are due no later than June 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM Central Time.
