Description

Site work and renovation of a laboratory facility in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.

Furnish and install a complete stainless steel laboratory gas piping system including tubing, fittings, valves, regulators, supports, and labeling for an Owner-provided Nitrogen Tank system, using clean installation practices and orbital welding where applicable. Includes pressure testing, leak checking, purging, and commissioning. The Project consists of the installation of previously approved bulk nitrogen lab gas system within the newly completed addition to the existing veterinary diagnostic laboratory. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Set-asides: 10% SBE. Final Completion- April 13, 2027 Bid Estimate: $407,485.00 This project has a participation goal of 10% for certified Targeted Small Businesses as specified in the Project Requirements .
