The International Boundary and Water Commission is seeking price quotes for janitorial services at the IBWC Amistad Field Office located at the Falcon Dam Site, 1 Reservoir Road, Falcon Heights, Texas 78545. Services are to be performed two days per week (Monday and Wednesday), excluding federal holidays. The area to be cleaned includes the New Operations and Maintenance Building (approximately 5000 sq. ft), consisting of 11 offices, main entrance lobby, wrap around hallway, conference room, break room, two bathrooms, shower/locker room, and a reproduction (printer) room. Restrictions include not moving furniture such as desks, file cabinets, or other heavy items, and not removing any papers from the tops of desks. Services to be performed include waxing floor at the Recreation Hall twice a year, emptying all trash cans and replacing plastic bags, dusting all desks and tops of copy machine, cabinets, tables, and appliances, sweeping and mopping floors including around cracks and removing cobwebs, dusting window blinds and light covers, cleaning all surfaces of windowsills and Venetian blinds, and cleaning inside and outside of windows. All restrooms and shower/locker room are to be cleaned: washing toilets and basins with detergent and scouring pads, cleaning mirrors with glass cleaner, sweeping and mopping floors, and disinfecting all surfaces. The contractor must notify IBWC personnel 45 days in advance when supplies are low. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, subcontract, supervision, and management to perform the requirements of this Statement of Work. Only small businesses may submit offers. Offerors must include a price sheet, an active Unique Entity ID (UEI#), and a 2-3 page document outlining experience, qualified personnel, schedule, and capabilities in performing janitorial services. Quotes must also demonstrate successful past performance of at least three references for similar projects. Failure to submit a required technical approach and past performance will deem a proposal non-responsive. If there is a subcontractor, provide the point of contact.
