This is a Fixed Price - Variable Scope (FPVS) project with a not-to-exceed budget of $290,000. As such, payment will be based on the unit prices in the bid for the actual quantities placed, not to exceed the contract amount. The Engineer will identify the work to be performed within the scope of the project. Quantities of individual pay items may vary significantly based on the work performed.
