Description

Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Somerville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

HVAC system replacement at two classrooms at Somerville Middle School, including all incidental work. WORK SHALL INCLUDE DEMOLITION OF (2) VERTICAL PACKAGED DX CLASSROOM UNIT VENTILATORS WITH HOT WATER HEAT AND ASSOCIATED DUCTWORK AND PIPING AS INDICATED AND AS REQUIRED TO SUPPORT INSTALLATION OF (2) NEW UNIT VENTILATORS. FURNISHING AND INSTALLATION OF (2) NEW VERTICAL PACKAGED DX CLASSROOM UNIT VENTILATORS WITH HOT WATER HEAT, AND ALL ASSOCIATED DUCTWORK, PIPING, CONTROLS, ETC. ASSOCIATED WITH THE NEW UNIT VENTILATORS. ELECTRICAL WORK - DISCONNECT AND REMOVE WIRING TO EXISTING HVAC EQUIPMENT SCHEDULED FOR REMOVAL BACK TO THE SOURCE PANEL. PROVIDE NEW WIRING, DISCONNECT SWITCHES, AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS TO NEW HVAC EQUIPMENT. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
