Site work and paving for a road / highway in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes the supply and installation of all labour, services, materials, testing, and equipment required to complete the project as indicated on the drawings and described in the contract. The scope of work includes asphalt milling to a depth of approximately 2-1/2", granular subgrade repairs as necessary, an asphalt levelling lift (drag coat) with a nominal thickness of 25mm Type C-HF, an asphalt re-cap of 38mm Type C-HF, adjustments to manholes, catch basins, and valve heights, shouldering, curb replacements, driveway tie-ins, line painting, and traffic control. The work area is Route 304 (Vancouver Street) from the town limit to near the intersection at Vancouver St. / Main Street, and Trunk 1 (Main Street) from the town limit to the intersection at Vancouver St. / Main Street.
