Renovation of a fire / police facility in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Work of this Contract includes but is not limited to: .1 All demolition required to complete the new work. .2 The scope of work is to replace four existing AHUs with 4 new AHUs. .3 A complete new controls system .4 New Humidifiers .5 Provide all associated electrical, ductwork and piping work required to complete the system. .6 Pressure test ductwork and seal leaks. .7 Duct cleaning and balancing of the complete system. .8 Temporary modification of walls and door into the mechanical rooms to allow for the removal and installation of the new AHU's. .9 Work to be repaired to match existing.
