Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tulare, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility; and fire / police facility.

This project is to furnish and install a communications cabinet with electrical power and air conditioning for the city's communications equipment. The communication equipment is to be installed by the owner after completion of this project. The work will be done at the County's recently completed radio antenna tower, which is located at County Fire Station #25 within the City of Tulare limits. This scope includes, but is not limited to, a new equipment enclosure with an integrated cooling system, an electrical connection into the existing electrical panel at the adjacent existing equipment enclosure, and new conduit necessary for the city's equipment installation.
