Renovation of an educational facility in Tulare, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Tulare City Elementary School District will receive sealed bids for a contract to construct the tile removal and stucco replacement at Frank Kohn Elementary School, in accordance with the Contract Documents, drawings, and specifications available electronically. The Owner reserves the right to add or deduct items after determining the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The lowest bid will be determined by the base bid amount. Contractors must be registered as a vendor and meet public works registration requirements. Bids must be sealed and filed at the specified location before the bid deadline. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least ten percent of the base bid. The successful bidder must furnish Payment and Faithful Performance Bonds, each for one hundred percent of the contract sum. Bidders must have the appropriate contractor's license at the time of award and throughout the project. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is required. No late or faxed bids will be accepted.
