Renovation of a mixed-use development in Phoenix, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Provide installation of automatic door operators and related controls across multiple locations within the VA Phoenix Healthcare System, including furnishing brand name or equal equipment and integrating all components with facility electrical, security, access control, and fire alarm systems. Work includes installation of heavy-duty low/full energy door operators, automatic sliding door assemblies, retrofit kits, wireless push plate controls, sensors, electric strikes, mag locks, and associated hardware across designated buildings and suites. The contractor shall coordinate installation with other trades, operate and test all systems with the owner's representative present, and provide commissioning, as-built documentation, and test reports. All work must comply with applicable VA directives, design and construction standards, and technical specifications, while maintaining site safety, minimizing disruption, and ensuring daily cleanup. A one-year warranty on all parts and labor is required following acceptance.
