The Porteos - PA-11 Landscape Project includes Landscape along the east side of Jackson Gap Steet from E. 56th Ave. to E. 60th Ave. The Project includes plantings, ground covers and irrigation. The work to be performed under this Contract consists of landscaping which includes plantings, ground covers and irrigation located along the east side of Jackson Gap Steet from E. 56th Ave. to E.60th Ave. All work shall be done in accordance with the Standard Technical Specifications of the City of Aurora Standards and Specifications for Water. Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Drainage Infrastructure - latest edition, the City of Aurora Roadway Design and Construction Specifications - latest edition, the Special Provisions of this Contract, and as shown on the Construction Drawings. Question Deadline 06/25/2026 No oral interpretation of the Plans, Specifications or other Contact Documents will be made to any Bidder. Any potential Bidder contemplating submitting a Bid for the Work that is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents, or who finds discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or Specifications, may submit to the District Engineer a written request for an interpretation or correction which must be received at least seven (7) days p Award is subject to final approval.
