Traction Power Substation Rehabilitation Program - Contract 5 Broad Loudon Park and Castor Substations Project All questions pertaining to this procurement must be submitted in writing to SEPTA, emailed to jbenante@septa.org. All questions must be received no later than 12:00 PM on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. The Design and Build Contract No. 5 consists of final design, rehabilitating and upgrading existing Traction Power Substations (TPSSs) located at Broad, Park and Loudon on the SEPTA Broad Street Subway line and Castor on the Route 59 Trackless Trolley of the City Transit Division (CTD). The Design-Build Contractor (Contractor) shall complete the final design and rehabilitate all equipment and installations at the facility, unless specifically noted otherwise. 1. At Broad, Park and Loudon field survey and provide final design for the replacement of DC remote control panels (cabinets).
