The SEPTA Regional Rail Division (RRD) Revenue & Parking Department is seeking a two-year contract for comprehensive, general parking lot maintenance. The scope of work requires a contractor to provide the following essential services: o Parking Lot Striping: Professional painting of parking lines and designated ground numbers. o Thermoplastic Painting: Durable application on asphalt surfaces and specialized parking lot zones. o Pavement Seal Coating: Protective sealing for parking lot pavement preservation. Routine maintenance is critical to preserving the safety, utility, and appearance of SEPTA's transit infrastructure. o Coverage Area: Services will span across both SEPTA Regional Rail and City Transit parking lots. o Scheduling: To minimize commuter disruption, work will occur predominantly on weekends. o Project Goals: This initiative will successfully update faded parking lot lines, refresh directional numbers and symbols, and extend the lifespan of the pavement via protective seal coating.
