Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 40-bed medical facility; and five-story above grade medical facility.
Interested teams are invited to prequalify for the delivery of two purpose-built facilities: Station N?. 3434 in Toronto and the Caledon Recovery Centre in the Region of Peel. The scope includes construction based on completed designs for (1) a purpose-built residential facility in the Region of Peel accommodating approximately 40 beds, providing intensive, recovery-focused programming with therapy, wellness, and outdoor activities, and (2) a five-storey urban facility in Toronto serving as the primary hub for clinical programs and services, including individual, group, and family therapy, concurrent mental health and addiction care, peer support, and virtual care. Both projects are to be delivered under a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) model with design work completed by the owner’s architects and engineers. Submissions will be evaluated based on construction experience and financial capacity appropriate to the scale and complexity of the projects. Applicants may express interest in one or both projects and shortlisted teams will proceed to subsequent stages of procurement. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
