Bids are invited for supply and delivery of Electronic Parking System (EPS) hardware custom accessories. All in accordance with the requirements stated in the RFQ document to be downloaded. Bids must be submitted through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Required forms for submission include Appendix A: Mandatory Requirements Form; Appendix B: Pricing Submission Form; Appendix C: Provisional Pricing Form; Appendix D: TPS Policies Form; Appendix E: Environmentally Responsible Procurement Form; Appendix F: Declaration Form; Appendix G: Key Personnel form; and Appendix H: Bidder’s Experience in Similar Work Form. The initial contract term shall be five years, commencing after successful security background checks of assigned Vendor personnel and TPS approvals. The TPS may permit other Public Bodies to purchase against any contract which may result from this RFQ. Awarding of a contract shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
