The scope includes pipe bursting to replace approximately 1,000 linear feet of 8- inch gravity sewer pipe and 750 linear feet of 10-inch gravity sewer pipe, minimizing surface disruption. An additional 350 linear feet of 10-inch sewer pipe will be rehabilitated using Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining. The project also includes open-cut replacement of approximately 260 linear feet of 8-inch sewer pipe and 700 linear feet of 10-inch sewer pipe, both within and outside roadway areas as required. In addition, approximately 420 linear feet of 8-inch sewer pipe and 350 linear feet of 10-inch sewer pipe will undergo heavy cleaning to prepare for rehabilitation. All work includes necessary pump-around operations, testing, and service reconnections. Manhole repairs, point repairs, and tap repairs with reinstatement are also included to ensure full functionality and structural integrity of the system.
