A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Construct a new cemetery including an administration/maintenance building , committal shelter building , burial sections, roadway, parking stalls, site features, concrete sidewalks, landscaping, grading, drainage, and all required utilities. B. Type of Contract: 1 . Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. 2. Niche covers will be provided by the owner at no cost to the project. Contractor responsible for inspection, acceptance, and installation of covers, refer to Specification Section 04 73 00 - Columbarium Niche Covers. Establish a new cemetery with an administration/maintenance building, committal shelter building, roadway, burial sections, site features, and required utilities. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. Award is subject to final approval.
