Reference Number 0000374728 The Town of Eagle is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish and install a precast concrete double-vault waterless restroom and outdoor drinking fountain at the Haymaker Trailhead. The project includes removal of the existing metal portable restroom enclosure, utility connection for the drinking fountain, approximately 200 linear feet of new water service line, concrete flatwork and ADA access improvements, gravel infiltration pit drainage, vault excavation and installation, site grading, restoration, and related construction services. The selected contractor shall serve as the General Contractor and coordinate all labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, permitting, utility coordination, delivery, staging, and installation necessary for complete project delivery.
