Due to a vehicular accident hitting TPSS-27, the structure of the TPSS requires structural and exterior repair and some of the internal electrical components require removal and replacement, adjustment, testing and commissioning. question deadline date changed from 07/02/2026 to 07/20/2026 as per Addendum 1 Questions about RTD and this RFP shall be directed to Ron Bibeau, Procurement Specialist - Lead, through electronically. All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this solicitation, including the form of the Contract, must be made during the Inquiry Period. Subject to the Termination provision of the Contract, performance shall commence as of the Effective Date (or in the event that RTD provides a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor, the Period of Performance shall commence on the date of the Notice to Proceed) and shall continue for 244 days (subject to the exercise of any option periods).
