Site work and paving for a civil project in Holdrege, Nebraska. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of removing existing roadway and construction of approximately 6,200 square yards of 8" P.C. Concrete Pavement. This project also consists of Storm Sewer Improvements, pavement markings and all other associated work as indicated on the plans and written in the specifications There is no pre-bid meeting for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The check(s) or bond(s) shall be made payable to Owner as security that the bidder(s) to whom the award(s) are made will enter into contract to build the improvements bid upon and furnish the required bonds and insurance. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid which it deems most advantageous to the Owner, and to reject any or all bids submitted and to hold as many bids as it desires for consideration for a period of sixty days after the bids are open. Question Deadline 06/23/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
