Work consists of providing all licenses, permits, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete construction services for playground upgrades at a Child Development Center. The project includes the supply and installation of a new climbing structure designed for children ages 0-5, including site preparation, layout verification, equipment assembly, and secure anchoring. In addition, work includes expanding the existing swing set fall zones for children ages 6-10 to meet safety and usability requirements. All construction activities must be performed in accordance with the project specifications, with completion required within 90 days after receipt of the notice to proceed, including final cleanup of the premises. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Mark Buonomo, via e-mail only, at mark.buonomo2.civ@army.mil. Offerors are instructed NOT to contact any other Government personnel, as this may result in delay of answers. Questions must be received no later Wednesday, 18 June, at 2:00PM EST (questions may not be considered after this date). All questions and answers will be provided as an updated Exhibit 6, on a non-attribution basis, and will be incorporated into any resultant contract.
