Asbestos abatement services are required in one building at Tobyhanna Army Depot in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and compliance measures necessary to safely perform asbestos abatement in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Services are subject to the Service Contract Act and applicable wage determination requirements. The contractor shall submit an itemized quote and provide an available timeline for completion of the asbestos abatement work. Award will be based on best value to the Government, considering price only, to an offeror otherwise conforming to all solicitation requirements. Location: Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466 Questions and Answers: A question-and-answer conference will be held over MS Teams on May 11, 2026, 10:00 AM EST.
