Performance shall be according to the terms, conditions, specifications and standards contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall comply with all laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the collection, transportation and disposal of refuse and shall obtain such permits, licenses or other authorizations as may be required. The contractor shall be bound by any and all laws which bind TYAD.
