This is a non-personal services contract to maintain the existing Lightning Protection Systems (LPS) at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over contract service providers who are subcontractors performing services herein; such providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor, who is responsible to the Government. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Brian Dionysius, via e-mail only, at the e-mail listed below. Offerors are instructed NOT to contact any A&Es or TYAD personnel, as this may result in delays. Question submission may begin any time after solicitation posting and must be received no later than Friday, March 20 , 2026 th , by close of business (COB) - no questions will be accepted after this date. This question-and-answer document will be incorporated into an amendment prior to the closing date of the solicitation.
