Public Address/Visual Information and Television Broadcast System (PAVIS) Maintenance and Installation Services are required at Tobyhanna Army Depot. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform maintenance, repair, and installation of PAVIS systems in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include ensuring operational readiness, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and integration of visual and broadcast components to support depot communication requirements. Work must comply with applicable standards and wage determinations. This will be for a Base Year plus two (2) Option Years, with a total Period of Performance effective: 27 Feb 2026 - 26 Feb 2029
