Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As part of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources statewide roadway rehabilitation program, professional engineering services are requested to provide design and construction administration services for statewide roadway improvement projects. The program includes various roadway-related construction activities. Anticipated projects include: resurfacing and replacement of asphalt concrete roadways and parking areas at Delaware State Park; pavement marking improvements throughout Hueston Woods State Park, including parking areas at Hueston Woods Lodge; and evaluation of alternatives to manage stormwater and stabilization of slips at Lake Hope State Park. As scope and associated costs are determined, similar projects may be added or removed. The selected consultant is expected to provide centralized services at the ODNR Fountain Square complex in Columbus, Ohio, with travel required for project completion. For proximity scoring, the Fountain Square complex will be considered the project site.
