Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Brighton, Colorado. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Replacement of certain components of the HVAC system in the District's Training Center classroom building. Question Deadline 07/07/2026 at 4:00 PM MT All questions about the Project, these Instructions, the RFP, or the Agreement shall be submitted to Jason Doyle at jason.doyle@northmetrofire.org. Any replies will be distributed to all Contractors issued an RFP. North Metro will not provide oral clarification. Replace Three (3) Air Handling Units, One (1) Make Up Air Unit, Three (3) Pumps and Associated Condensing Units.
