The Dover School District (DSD), SAU#11, of Dover, NH, is seeking product and pricing information from qualified vendors for interior painting services at the Dover Middle School. The goal is to provide a clean, well-maintained, and visually consistent environment that supports student learning and staff productivity. The work includes interior painting of classrooms, hallways, common areas, and the gymnasium, to be completed during Summer 2026 when buildings are not in active use. The selected vendor will be responsible for the following: - Assessment of all areas to be painted, including condition of existing surfaces. - Preparation of all surfaces including patching, sanding, cleaning, and priming as needed. - Providing a la carte pricing for specified areas. - Provision of labor hours associated with the assigned areas in each line item. - Supplying and applying paint materials meeting modern technology standards. - Clean up of areas as work progresses and removal of all waste upon completion. - Provision of a product report and starting stock for maintenance purposes at project end. - Final walkthrough and inspection with district representative prior to project sign-off. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with the RFP number and title. The DSD reserves the right to waive any formality or reject any or all proposals at its discretion. DSD is seeking a multiyear commitment for service, maintenance, and support.
