Site work and paving for an educational facility in Jackson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of improving traffic operations at East Elementary School by widening the existing drive exit and constructing a new drive entrance with a queueing lane. The work will include clearing and grubbing; grading, drainage, and earthwork; installation of culverts and erosion control; paving, traffic control gates, and pavement marking. Bidders must comply with applicable provisions of the Contractor Licensing Act of 1994 and include required information on the bid envelope for projects exceeding $25,000. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond equal to the bid amount and be licensed as a contractor of Madison County. Bids must be submitted with the provided envelope label affixed to the front of the envelope. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 06/18/2026 Award is subject to final approval.
