The project involves the design, manufacture, factory testing, delivery, and guarantee of one (1) 69 kV circuit switcher consisting of vertical interrupters and vertical break, without a ground switch. The scope includes a site check of installation and operational functions by the Manufacturer's field representative. The galvanized steel pedestal must be included and shall be 3048 mm (120 inch) high, with the total height of the circuit switcher including the pedestal not exceeding 5838 mm (229.84 inches). The circuit switcher must be supplied as per the specifications in Appendix B. The Vendor must provide a list of recommended spare parts for one year of operation with descriptions, identification, quantities, unit prices, and total price. A completed technical questionnaire must be submitted with the quotation. Instruction manuals are required in both hardcopy and electronic formats, containing operation, installation, and maintenance information. The Manufacturer is responsible for shipping all equipment to the specified address, ensuring all parts are protected during shipment, and remains responsible for loss or damage until delivery. Drawings and technical details must be provided as specified, and all work must comply with quality, safety, and technical requirements outlined in the specification.
