Site work for a mixed-use development in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and playground / park / athletic field.
This project involves the installation of approximately 350 meters of replacement boardwalk at two locations: Mackenzie Drive and the Staples Parking area. The work also includes the construction of three pedestrian foot bridges and one gazebo decking area. Removal and replacement of approximately 350 m boardwalk, gazebo decking, 3 pedestrian bridges; includes drainage, gravel, signage, asphalt patching, fencing removal, topsoil, sodding, site securement and restoration All bidders must register with cindy@summerside.ca to be a registered bidder. Electronic tender documents and any addendums can be sent to your e-mail address. Bidders may also register with Cindy and receive a hard copy of the tender documents for a non-refundable fee of $ 25.00, from the Technical Services Department, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 275 Fitzroy Street, Summerside, PEI.
