Renovation of a stadium in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Supply and install two sets of insulated double steel entry doors at Credit Union Place. All doors are to be painted in the facility's new color and must include all required hardware such as panic bars, kick plates, hinges, seal kits, door closures, handles, glass cut outs and glass, and Sargent key cylinder. Bidders must use the provided tender form, submit a bid bond deposit of 10% of the contract amount, and ensure the bid price excludes HST. Failure to meet the delivery or completion requirements may result in financial penalties and forfeiture of the performance surety. All suppliers and subcontractors listed in the tender must be used unless prior approval is granted. The contractor must provide sub-trade labour rates for extra work if required and submit a construction schedule. The City does not commit to accept the lowest bid and may award the contract based on its own best interest. Questions regarding the project should be directed to the specified contact. Addenda must be acknowledged and included with the tender submission, and tenders must be delivered in hard copy - faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted.
