Remove all existing antennas and equipment in coordination with the 3rd party owners responsible for the equipment. Install wall panel flashing details at penetrations after reinstallation of equipment. 26. Install R-Mer Seal underlayment, hat channels at 1'6" o.c., and .040 aluminum Kynar RMer wall panels at all existing locations. 27. Remove, replace, and raise existing louvers at elevator penthouse. 28. Disconnect exhaust fans at doghouse, install 2 ply flashing, and an aluminum cap. Reconnect and install existing fans. 29. Remove and replace two (2) automatic BILCO smoke vents in like-kind. The dimensions and design is delegated to the roofing contractor. 30. The Contractor is responsible for field verification of all measurements and taper plan. 31. Unless otherwise noted, the Contractor shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction machinery, water, heat, utilities, transportation and other facilities and services necessary for proper execution and completion of the work as required by The Contract Documents. 32. The Contractor is responsible for keep the job site clean orderly. 33. All roof areas will be secured in a watertight condition each day before the Contractor vacates the site. There will be no exceptions!
