Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Newark, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

No bid will be received unless in writing on the forms furnished, and unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or a certified check made payable to the PVSC in an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the total bid, but not exceeding $20,000, executed by a Surety Company duly authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. The successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent construction performance bond, and a 100 percent construction payment bond, a maintenance bond, and an environmental maintenance bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. Complete instruction for preparing Bids and required bonds are included in the Bidding Documents.
