Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lakeland, Florida. Completed plans call civil work for a parking garage and power facility.

The City of Lakeland is seeking a qualified contractor to provide design, fabrication, shop drawings, and construction services for several covered parking structures at the C.D. McIntosh Power Plant. The project consists of eight different parking areas throughout the plant. The selected contractor shall be responsible for design, preparation of shop drawings, fabrication, and full installation of the parking systems. The contractor is required to verify all field conditions and bring any constructability concerns to the City’s attention prior to fabrication. The vendor is responsible for ensuring proper installation and alignment with Florida Building code.
