ED-EBC is currently prequalifying companies for the execution of future work related to the operations slab for the Fighter Squadron Building project (approximately 39,826 sqft) in Bagotville, Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean. ED-EBC seeks companies capable of major work in this field and interested in submitting a bid in a later procurement phase. A specific scope of work is attached to this prequalification to enable the preparation and submission of the required methodology. No plans or specifications will be provided at this stage; some documents referenced in the scope of work will only be available at the call for tenders. Submit a detailed methodology describing your approach to work execution, main stages, intended resources, and any relevant elements demonstrating your understanding of the mandate. Construction of operational slab within fighter squadron building (Speed Core structure between grids 2.5 to 18.1 and A to E.8) including formwork, concrete placement, curing and finishing Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
