The works will take place at the Centre Metrobus, located at 7555 Armand-Viau Street in Quebec City. In 2021, as part of a pilot project, the RTC installed a 1,000 kW Hitachi Grid-eMotion charging station (currently configured at 600 kW), capable of charging five (5) buses. The RTC wishes to upgrade its existing station and modify its electrical installations to enable the operation of twenty-five (25) buses. This contract involves: - Removing unnecessary components - Installing the new main Hitachi components (power converters, control box and charging interfaces) - Supplying and installing the components required for the upgrade: cabling (DC, AC, communication) and cable trays, disconnectors, emergency stop switches, etc. - Collaborate with the supplier on the commissioning of charging equipment The plans and specifications attached in the appendix detail the project's implementation and form an integral part of the tender documents. A team of engineering professionals is also assisting the RTC with the project's implementation.
