Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Danville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Seal Coat Contract: Furnish and place approximately 14,500 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat, Double Application and 14,500 SY Asphalt Fog Seal. Scratch Contract: Furnish and place approximately 291 Ton Asphalt Wearing Course, Scratch. All work and materials must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance, are required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
