The last day and time for submittal of written questions shall be no later than Monday, June 22, 2026 at 8:00 am. A. Dorchester County Water & Sewer Department seeks a qualified contractor to excavate and expose an existing 30-inch ductile iron force main at fourteen (14) designated locations along Dorchester Road for condition assessment purposes. B. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, utility coordination, traffic control, trench safety systems, restoration, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. C. A location exhibit identifying the approximate excavation locations and required depths is attached to this solicitation. Dorchester County is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform excavation, exposure, and restoration services at fourteen (14) locations along an existing 30-inch ductile iron force main on Dorchester Road. The purpose of the work is to expose the force main to allow inspection and condition assessment by the County's Engineer.
